Yin Yufei, Hou Fangmiao, Liu Can
2022, 21(3): 1-8. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021251
Abstract:
Taking collective forest tenure reform as the background, this paper analyzes the difficulties and causes of forestry financing in China, and then uses the method of multi-case study and selects four typical counties, namely Shaxian County of Fujian Province, Suichang County of Zhejiang Province, Peng'an County of Sichuan Province, and Benxi County of Liaoning Province, to explore the local policies of promoting the development of local forestry financing in southeast, southwest and northeast collective forest areas. The results show that the local policies of southeast collective forest region represented by Shaxian County of Fujian Province and Suichang County of Zhejiang Province mainly promote local forestry financing through direct subsidies or creating new financing modes and improving the establishment of socialized service system. The southwest collective forest area represented by Peng'an County of Sichuan Province mainly strengthens the building of forestry finance by improving the system and strengthening cooperation with local financial institutions. The northeast collective forest region represented by Benxi County of Liaoning Province mainly makes up for the weakness of forestry financing by providing preferential loans, discount interest and government insurance. This paper explores the heterogeneity of the policies in different collective forest areas, and puts forward policy implications for different regions and even for the country in guiding the development of forestry financing.
The Diffusion Effect of the Overall Social Network on the Behavior of Farmers Planting New Varieties of Economic Forest: Taking Wuxing Village, Yongan City, Fujian Province as an Example
Feng Qiya, Ke Shuifa, Zhang Chao, Li Kangmiao
2022, 21(3): 9-19. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2022040
Abstract:
Based on the whole village case data of Wuxing Village, Yongan City of Fujian Province, the diffusion effect of the overall social network in the village on the behavior of farmers planting new plant varieties of economic forest was studied by using the overall network analysis method. The results show that: the case village has realized the diffusion process of the group behavior of planting new varieties from scratch for up to 20 years. The diffusion process presents an "S" shape, which is in line with the new product diffusion model proposed by Rogers; there is a significantly positive correlation between the clan network, neighbor network, local neighbor network and mutual aid network in the case village and the behavior diffusion network of farmers planting new varieties: the actors in case villages are most influenced by clan networks; actors are more easily influenced by actors with whom they have mutual aid relationships; The rural elites in case villages take advantage of their important role and huge influence in different social networks to be the fundamental reason for promoting the group behavior of planting new varieties to achieve a comprehensive diffusion within the village. Therefore, policy recommendations are also put forward for optimizing the R&D and promotion of new varieties by utilizing the characteristics of rural social networks in the paper.
The Impact of Forestry Investment on Urban Residents' Green Welfare
Yang He, Zeng Zhi, Mi Feng
2022, 21(3): 20-27. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021106
Abstract:
Based on Chinese inter-provincial panel data from 2011 to 2019, this paper empirically analyzed the impact of forestry investment on urban residents' green welfare and its impact pathways with the systematic GMM model and mediating effects model from two perspectives: the sources and destinations of forestry investment. The results of the study showed that: The source of forestry investment is dependent on the difference of forest resource endowment in each region, and forestry social investment is more efficient than forestry financial investment. For every 1% increase in forestry financial investment and forestry social investment after the introduction of forest resource endowment, the level of green welfare increases by 10.414% and 122.42%, respectively. The destination of forestry investment has a significant enhancement effect on urban residents' green welfare. Among them, for every 1% increase in forestry ecological construction and protection investment, forestry support and security investment, and forestry infrastructure construction investment, the level of green welfare increases by 0.047%, 0.021%, and 0.0147%, respectively, while the impact of investment in forestry industry development on green welfare depends on the magnitude of its "positive and negative effects". The study of the impact pathways found that forestry investment can enhance green welfare through the improvement of ecological environment and the growth of economy, and also avoid the loss of green welfare by reducing residents' consumption level. Therefore, the source of forestry investment should encourage the absorption of social capital, and the direction of forestry investment should actively guide the development of forestry industry, so as to enhance the green welfare of urban residents more effectively from both the source and the end.
Impact of Digital Finance Development on China's Green Development Level
Yang Yu, Zhang Caihong
2022, 21(3): 28-36. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021248
Abstract:
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2018, this paper examines the impact of digital finance on China's green development level through benchmark regression models, intermediary effect models, threshold effect models and Spatial Dubin Models. The results show that: digital finance at the national and sub-regional levels can improve China's green development; digital finance has improved the level of green development in China through an intermediary mechanism that raises innovation efficiency, expands technology spillovers, and promotes the upgrading of industrial structure; digital financial has a single threshold effect on China's green development level; digital finance has a spatial spillover effect on the level of green development in China, digital finance can significantly improve the level of local green development, but it is not conducive to improving the level of green development in neighboring areas.
Analysis of Factors Influencing the High-quality Development of Forestry Industry in Beijing
Hou Jian, Liu Qing, Chen Jiancheng, Li Mingyue
2022, 21(3): 37-45. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021175
Abstract:
Forestry is the foundation for building an ecological safety barrier in Beijing and consolidating green development. The high-quality development of the forestry industry is an urgent requirement for responding to the new situation and new goals, building ecological civilization, and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization. Based on the development status of the forestry industry in Beijing and 391 questionnaire data, the research uses structural equation models to analyze the impact of government support, technological innovation, industrial agglomeration, economic momentum, and resource endowment on the high-quality development of the forestry industry. Besides, the models also explore the mediating effects of economic momentum and resource endowment. The results show that: first, government support does not have a significantly direct positive effect on the high-quality development of the forestry industry, while technological innovation, industrial agglomeration, economic momentum, and resource endowment all contribute to the direct promotion of the high-quality development of the forestry industry, and the promotion of technological innovation is the most significant.Secondly, government support, technological innovation, and industrial agglomeration can indirectly drive the high-quality development of the forestry industry through economic momentum and resource endowments.
Evaluation of Forest Cultural Value of Forest Parks: Taking Fourteen National Forest Parks in Henan Province as Examples
Zhang Zhe, Zhang Yuxing
2022, 21(3): 46-52. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021216
Abstract:
Evaluation of forest cultural value has obvious effect on accounting of forest value and ecological culture building, and has important implications for improving the supply capacity of ecological products and promoting the scientific development of ecotourism. The forest cultural values were assessed using forest culture currency method and culture year assessment method in fourteen national forest parks in different regions and areas in Henan Province. The factors influencing forest cultural value were analyzed. The results of two different methods have good consistency. The forest cultural values of fourteen national forest parks using forest culture currency method are between 601.4 and 4929.2 thousand forest culture currency), and the values using culture year assessment method are between 1518.44 and 9791.60 culture year. The space capacity of resources and economic development capacity of cultural resources are the main factors constraining expansion and improvement of the forest cultural values. Based on the capacity of forest cultural resources and environment carrying capacity, the correlation between tourist numbers, the time people stay in the forest and forest cultural value in forest parks is significant (p< 0.05). Finally, the evaluation characteristics and applicability of two methods are proposed.

Wang Lanhui, Ren Bao, Xia Lingxin, Lu Yimeng
2022, 21(3): 53-59. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021328
Abstract:
As an essential part of environment equity, urban parks provide various benefits such as improving air quality, alleviating urban heat island effect, increasing entertainment opportunities, enhancing aesthetic value, promoting physical and mental health, preventing natural disasters, offering emergency shelters, etc. This paper provides a comprehensive evaluation of the equity of urban parks from the perspectives of accessibility of urban parks in terms of quality, quantity, square and time based on 9 311 residential communities in different traffic patterns. Social equity is discussed based on the Gini coefficient, Lorentz curve and location entropy. In a conclusion, the equity of urban parks in the northern part of Beijing is better than that in the south, and the west is better than the east, and an obvious circle structure is presented with the characteristics of "internally plane, centrally linear, and externally dotted". The areas with higher scores are mainly located within the Fourth Ring Road. The equity of public transportation in urban parks in high-density residential areas is relatively poor. The Gini coefficient of urban park resources in Beijing is 0.35, still imbalanced to some extent in allocation, but is better than that of other super large cities.

Prospect of Environmental Philosophy in the Post-epidemic Era
Zhou Guowen, Zhu Yingying, Cai Xinyi
2022, 21(3): 60-66. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021272
Abstract:
To think about the environmental philosophy in the global public health crisis from a more far-reaching spiritual level, whether it can be further developed in the post-epidemic era, has the following three aspects of analytical outlook. First, to wake up the "crisis challenge" with "the opportunity of environmental philosophy"; Second, "the concept certainty of environmental philosophy" is used to offset "the uncertainty of crisis"; Third, "increment of environmental philosophy" is used to overcome "the stock of crisis". Looking at the development of environmental philosophy in the new era, it shows the positive application of dialectics of nature in philosophical thinking of a series of social problems; moreover, it reflects the multi-dimensional intersection of the theoretical connotation of environmental philosophy with natural philosophy and ecological philosophy. If human beings can get out of the wrong way in the changeable world situation, it will not only always seek the evidence from environmental philosophy, but also needs to forge a clear epistemology to support the value shift of polycentric thoughts.

The Effect of Place Attachment on Pro-Environmental Behaviors: The Mediating Role of Environmental Pollution Anxiety
CHENG Shiqi, GUO Zitong, ZHAO Zeqi, SUN Shiyue
2022, 21(3): 67-74. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021196
Abstract:
Place attachment refers to the cognitive, emotional and behavioral connection between people and place. From the affection-driven perspective, place attachment leads people to a stronger protective attitude towards the place. This study explored the effect of place attachment on pro-environmental behavior and tested the mediating role of environmental pollution anxiety, aiming to work out the internal promoting mechanism of pro-environmental behavior. Relevant data were collected in the form of online questionnaires, and 298 valid responses were finalized. The results showed that: Affective attachment had a significantly positive influence on pro-environmental behaviors in both the public and private dimensions; place identity, place dependence and social bonding had no significant effect on pro-environmental behaviors in both dimensions. Environmental pollution anxiety played a significant mediating role. The higher the level of place attachment people had, the less environmental pollution anxiety they produced, and the more likely they were to engage in pro-environmental behaviors. The findings suggest that place attachment and environmental pollution anxiety play important roles in promoting pro-environmental behaviors. The strategy of promoting pro-environmental behaviors should focus on the establishment of positive emotional connection between people and place, while high anxiety about environmental pollution is not conducive to the promotion of pro-environmental behaviors.

Reflections on the Revitalization of Rural Culture Based on Excellent Rural Traditional Culture
SU Jing
2022, 21(3): 75-81. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021215
Abstract:
China's outstanding rural traditional culture, characterized for its social background of living with the land, self-contained small-scale peasant economy, and social structure affected by Confucian ethical culture, is in the sustaining pursuit of values such as respecting nature, worshiping the heaven and giving people peace, admiring righteousness and virtue. These values are still playing important role in the current revitalization of rural culture. At present, excellent rural traditional cultures are declining, reflected by out-of-balance rural ethics and moral order, the loss of recognition basis of traditional cultural values, and the impact of the material carrier of traditional rural culture. Now, it is urgent for us to adhere to the overall principle of a community of shared future between urban and rural areas, take villages, traditional festivals and cultural activities as the carrier, and take the cultural industry as the material basis to truly carry forward the excellent traditional culture in rural areas.

Wang Jingwen
2022, 21(3): 82-89. doi:10.13931/j.cnki.bjfuss.2021176
Abstract:
In the face of the integration and invasion of modernization in the process of globalization and urbanization, how to protect and continue the locality has become an important research topic of traditional settlements. Based on the "four-layer integrated" analysis method of human geography, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the regional system of human-land relationship in YunshanTunpu settlement in the evolution of time and space, and makes a comprehensive interpretation of the locality of Tunpu settlement from the dimensions of local landscape, local text, local symbols and local sense. The results show that in the long development and evolution process of YunshanTunpu settlement, the four-layer integrated tourism structure based on its cultural resources replaced gradually the four-layer integratedmilitary and trade structure which have been originally formed by geographical location, natural terrain and transportation advantages, while the locality of YunshanTunpu settlement showed the continuity, overlapping and accumulation of time and space.
