李永华博士，法国科学研究中心原子能和可再生能源研究所教授，主要研究方向是植物中油脂的合成代谢，在Science, PNAS咋/span>Plant Cell等国际著名期刊有多篇论文发表，担任国际期刉/span>Plant Cell编委咋/span>New Phytologist顾问以及国际植物油脂学会和欧洲植物油脂学会委员、/span>
报告摘要９/span>
Lipid metabolism fascinates both scientists and entrepreneurs due to their importance in cell physiology, development as well as their usage as food, feed and fuel. Lipids are not only intracellular but also are extra-cellular, and form cell membranes, act as a carbon and energy storage, and play protective, signaling as well as evolutionary functions. Due to the complexity, lipid metabolism can be divided into several major subject areas: triacylglycerol metabolism, surface lipid metabolism, lipid trafficking and remodeling, lipid signaling and many more. In this talk, I will present our current knowledge on surface lipid synthesis in higher plants and TAG metabolism in microalgae.
