Report to: R&D Manager

General Summary
Carry out project requests initiated by customers, sales, purchasing, production, and R&D with reference to developing and modifying products. Duplicate competitive products. Perform demonstrations in-house and on-site at customer locations. This involves producing products, coordinating the cooking and presentation, and explaining the products and procedures. Maintain proper interaction with internal and external customers.

Source ingredients and the proper documentation, and work with purchasing and production to maintain a proper and efficient inventory.

Develop new product, Duplicate competitor’s products, Write formulas, specifications, and ingredient declarations.
开发新产品、复制竞争对手的产品、写配方、说明书和成份说明�
Product Demo to customers
给客户做产品展示�
Evaluate new ingredients. And do the ingredient replacement.
评估新原料，并且在适当的时候安排原料替代�
Maintain proper computer and filing documentation for formulas and projects.
整理并保存适当的电子版本和文件版本的配方和项目�
Work with production during the manufacture of new products.
新产品试生产期间配合生产部门监控生产过程�
Work with QC in checking new products.
配合质检部门检查新产品�
Fulfill the duties of the QC Technologist in their absence.
质检人员不在时顶替质检人员的职责�
Support sales, production, and R&D.
支持销售、生产和研发部�
Assure good laboratory practices.
确保实验室进展正常�
Stay on top of new ingredients and new product technologies applicable to NWFB.
学习食品原料及产品新技术并使之能够应用到纽利味的产品里�
Other work assigned by R&D manager.
